1. Billing term
The minimum contract term is one year (12 months). Subscriptions are billed annually in advance and renew unless non-renewal is requested before the renewal date. A longer term stated in the signed order remains binding.
2. No early termination or refunds
Customers cannot terminate the contract early for convenience. Subscription, hardware, installation and setup fees are non-refundable, including fees for unused months, reduced use or a decision to stop using the service. Stopping use or requesting non-renewal does not shorten the committed term or release amounts payable for it, subject to section 4.
3. Hardware
Hardware is a one-time purchase and is non-refundable. The existing one-year warranty covers replacement and in-city labour for qualifying defects; it does not create a discretionary cash-refund entitlement. Mandatory legal remedies remain unaffected.
4. Statutory rights
This policy does not exclude any termination right, refund or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Saudi law. Where such a mandatory right applies, it prevails over the no-refund and minimum-term provisions.
5. Non-renewal and support

An authorised account representative may request non-renewal at miraj@atslco.com, identifying the workspace and subscription. Non-renewal takes effect at the end of the committed term and does not generate a refund. We confirm the applicable end date. The three-month data-export window starts after the subscription ends; it does not permit early termination or refund unused fees. Contact support for warranty matters or a remedy required by law.
