We issue driver operation cards as a service

An operation card is a licence to put a driver on the road, not a document to file. We issue and renew them as a service — from the vehicle and driver records the platform already holds.

We issue driver operation cards as a service. Most fleet software reminds you one expired — we renew it.

What we do

Submit the issuance request to the Transport General Authority on your behalf.
Renew ahead of expiry, from the driver record already in the platform.
Keep every card’s status attached to the driver and the vehicle it belongs to.

What you supply

The driver’s Iqama or National ID and their licence.
The vehicle’s registration, and its Wasl registration.
A signed authorisation for us to act on your behalf.

What this does not include

We cannot create or pass an inspection, waive a fine, or shorten the authority’s own processing time. We publish no turnaround commitment — when we publish one, it will be a number we honour. A card issued through us does not replace your own obligations as the operator.
