1. Permitted use
The service may be used only to manage your own fleet and personnel lawfully, within the scope of a legitimate employment or fleet-operation relationship.
2. Prohibited use
Prohibited: tracking individuals outside a lawful employment/fleet context; attempting unauthorised access; probing or disrupting the service; reverse engineering; reselling without agreement; uploading unlawful content.
3. In-vehicle cameras
Before enabling cameras, location tracking or driver monitoring, establish a lawful basis and give clear notices to affected individuals under Saudi requirements. Collect only what is necessary and restrict access and retention. Do not use recordings for unrelated surveillance or biometric identification without a separate lawful basis and any required explicit consent. Administrative acceptance is not an individual driver’s consent.
4. Enforcement
We may suspend access for material breach of this policy, as set out in the Terms of Service (§5, §13).
